Landscaping provided 2x per month; tenant responsible for landscaping beyond that as well as keeping lawns green. 1 dog less than 70lbs considered with additional deposit and approval from property owner. This property is a find tenant only and the property owner will be the point of contact after move in. Property will be available for move in mid to end of December. Application Fee: $45 for the 1st adult, $25 for each additional adult (regardless of marital status). If an applicant has resided outside of the State of Oregon within the past 5 years, there will be an additional $20 fee to run their out of state background check.
