The house includes a big basement with washer and dryer, a garage, wood floors, as well as a fenced backyard. Dogs are welcome - no cats please. The house is available January 1st, but could be available to move in earlier. 1 year lease $2200 refundable deposit $300 non-refundable pet deposit $50/person application fee (for background check screening through Smart Move) Garbage is included We will accept applications through Zillow on Thursday November 9th starting at 6 PM.
