Welcome to your cozy centralized midterm rental! Inside you will find a beautifully fully renovated, 1,400sq. ft., 4 bedroom, 2 full bath colonial home in Cleveland Heights. The house is set up with 3 main bedrooms and the fourth room serves as a designated office. This property was specifically picked for its centralized location for all major hospitals in the Cleveland area as well as for its safe neighborhood and quiet street! This home is perfect for a small family or group of friends traveling to the area. We have personally lived in the home to try and accommodate anything and everything you'll need during your stay! The hospitals aren't the only plus for this property as it is also conveniently located within walking distance to the small local stores, bakeries, coffee shops, and parks(most popular is Cain Park where they hold concerts, art festivals & theater). You'll also find large shopping centers for your everyday needs such as groceries, clothes and gyms! We have worked out a partnership with the Anytime Fitness gym (located at the end of the street) to give you a discounted pass during your stay. Its only a short 10 mile drive to explore the downtown Cleveland area, or other attractions such Legacy Village (High-End shopping), Edgewater Park (Ohio's own beach), and much more! The kitchen itself has all new stainless steel appliances, soft close cabinets, granite countertops, and marble backsplash that makes it feel just like home. It will be equipped with all your needed cooking/eating utensils and other small appliances such as, coffee maker, toaster, crockpot, air fryer and baking mixer. You don't need to worry as all mechanicals for the house have also been updated to make sure comfort is ensured! This includes a new furnace, central AC with return system and hot water tank. The house is equipped with 24/7 monitored security to give you that extra layer of comfort in a new city. Fire extinguishers onsite for safety as well. We will provide all the necessary supplies to get you going day one and make it as move in ready as possible. We have a comfy living room set up for you to come home to and rewind with smart TVs that are ready for you to plug-in your streaming information. All bedrooms have a ceiling fan to keep you cool at night or serve as your need for noise cancelling. If you have an evening off, enjoy a nice book on our covered front porch or grill out in the backyard! All bathrooms have high-end design where you can enjoy the magnificent rain fall shower head or have an evening soaking in the bathtub after a long day of work! We are pet friendly as we understand your pets are like family and we trust that you will take the upmost care for them and our property! We are open to all sizes and animals but we'd love to have a conversation with you to make sure its a good fit! There is a two car detached garage free for your use. In the backyard, the drive way opens up more and can park additional cars/trucks if needed. The garage will be shared space with the property maintenance equipment, but don't worry, your cars will still fit nicely! If you're planning to rent throughout the winter, this garage will be a life saver! Our home has a maximum sleeping capacity of (7) tenants as set by our local City Laws, however we do welcome guests during your stay. We do not allow smoking.
