To avoid this higher security deposit, verifiable bank statements for previous two months showing proof of consistent cash reserves that are 3x the monthly rent would be accepted by us. - Tenants must have No Felony arrests less than 7 years old. Unfortunately we can not accept anyone with violent crime, drug related, or any Class A Misdemeanor Criminal records (DUI's aren't something that would necessarily disqualify a potential tenant.
