This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath house in Moraine in the West Carrollton school district. -Lennox Air Flo furnace with central heat & air. -There is a detached garage and extra off-street parking in the rear (large enough for a small RV) as well as a driveway in the front. -The house includes refrigerator and stove.
