Welcome to Ivy Ridge, a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, pet-friendly home with a fenced in yard near Furman University. Our home is excellently located right between Downtown Greenville and Downtown Traveler's Rest. We are: 5 min (3 miles) from Furman University 15 min (7 miles) from Paris Mountain State Park 13 min (5 miles) from Downtown Greenville 10 min (6 miles) from Downtown Traveler's Rest Whether you are looking to explore nature, or the city, Ivy Ridge is perfect for you! The space Ivy Ridge is a traditional, ranch-style home with a large, fenced-in backyard on a residential street. Pets are welcome with a one-time fee, which is charged during or after booking. Guests are welcome to park in our driveway. The garage is not open for guest use at this time. A code lock on the front door provides easy, contactless access to our home. The front door leads into a cozy, high-ceilinged living room, complete with sofa, two arm chairs, and a Smart TV (guests login to their own streaming accouns. There is no cable). The living room leads to an open kitchen and dining space. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all you'll need to make a lovely meal, including such amenities as a Keurig coffee maker, with coffee, cream, and sugar provided. Our dining area has a high-top table with 4 chairs, along with 3 additional bar stools at the kitchen peninsula. Our bedrooms are down the hall to the left of the living room. The Master bedroom features a King Bed, nightstands and table lamps, a bench, Smart TV, and a large closet. The en suite bathroom features a single vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combination. Across the hall are two additional bedrooms. The first is our Queen bedroom, featuring a Queen bed, 2 nightstands with reading lamps, and a closet. The second is our Twin bedroom, featuring two twin beds, a nightstand with a reading light, and a closet. Finally, we have a laundry room available for your use, with laundry soap provided, and a deck with patio furniture for you to enjoy the outdoors with your friends and family. We can't wait to welcome you to your next home away from home! Leasing is available from 1-6 months. All utilities and wifi are included in the rental price. The home is fully furnished, and pets are welcome with a one-time $250 fee for the first pet and $100 fee for other pets. The cleaning fee is $315. Please reach out with any questions or concerns.
