The house is on a dead-end street in a very wooded and private area of Florence. It is on one acre of mostly wooded land, with ample space for gardening and a fire pit in back. The house can be furnished or unfurnished. House is one story - no basement with three bedrooms, a living room, bathroom, kitchen/dining room, and large season porch. Washer/Dryer in-home. Other perks of this house include: 10-15 minutes away from downtown northampton & downtown easthampton, 3 minutes away from downtown florence, modern kitchen appliances and recently renovated floors; walking distance to miles of trails at Saw Mill Conservation and a swim spot; access to an open public field at the end of the road for kids and dogs to play; fire pit & bbq in yard; 4 raised garden beds + ground garden areas; perennial flowers beds; duck/chicken coop (in need of light repair but tenant is welcome to keep birds if they fix it up); compost tumbler. 2300/month includes rent, water/sewage, garbage, yard care, and partial heat (the house is on propane and tenants will be given full tanks upon start of the lease. They will likely need to be refilled 1-2 times through the winter at the tenant's responsibility). Tenant responsible for electric, internet, snow removal. Pets ok for additional $25/mo added to rent. Home can be left furnished. No Smoking permitted. First, Last, and Security deposit are due at the time of signing. Lease is 1-year with the possibility to renew month-to-month afterwards. This rental is not a multi-year rental - the owners plan to move back in Spring or Summer of 2025. We are willing to reduce rent for a tenant that can reliably do their own yard care, handiwork, and/or other property-related tasks.
