This listing is a fully furnished house. The rent pays for all utilities. Fenced back yard where a cat or dog can roam safely. We have a fence that essentially creates a safe area that your cat can not get out. Above your yard you have a large comfy covered deck to enjoy your favorite morning beverage or watch the sunset while taking in the wonderful scents of the wild flower garden. There are three bedrooms; The first level has a king-size bed and large closet. The second level has two bedrooms, both have ample closet space and full size beds. The first level has a large living room complete with newly upholstered antique furniture that compliments the historically genuine St. Louis charm. Have dinner at a hammered wood dinner table that seats six people. The full size kitchen and bathroom boasts authentic tile work from the 1930s. The kitchen can accommodate simple to fancy meals if you wish to entertain. Two islands in the kitchen, each on wheels providing flexible entertaining in any room of the house or on the enclosed sun porch overlooking the outdoor deck. Washer and dryer is in the basement. Storage is not available for tenants at this time. The garage is for the owners only. Owner pays all utilities, water, sewer, and trash.
