This newly-furnished and renovated home is strategically located for a range of requirements, including access to hot-spot locations, universities, and office/ business districts and each is filled to the rafters with amenities to meet your every need (including high-speed internet, built in laundry, cooking and baking ware, on-site wellness area and games for you, your family and kids). There is an extra room that is dedicated to workspace, gym equipment, games and a sofa bed. No trip to the gym! This room can be flexed to serve your various needs such as exercising, working, having family time or an extra guest. The house will give you (and your family) a comfortable place to stay. We offer a seamless temporary housing solution and put extra thought into making your stay a better experience during this transition. The living room has a large smart TV and all bedrooms have a smart TV as well! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to create your favourite meals and serve your guests. We have a Keurig and an assortment of pods for your coffee. This property comes with extra sets of towels and sheets for your stay. We provide a starter pack of necessities like toilet paper, paper towel, laundry detergent, and dishwasher detergent. The backyard opens to a large privacy fenced backyard. Perfect for your outdoor time. This property is equipped with a ring doorbell to monitor the house for the security of our guests. We are passionate about providing our guests the best experience during their stays when they are away from home. When our customers choose us, they know that they will be treated as our honoured guests. Be our guests! Minimum lease term is 30 days to max of 6 months. Utilities are included but capped at $350 per month. Renter responsible for additional utilities. Lawn care and trash are included. You will need to sign a lease and pass a credit and background checks for all people living in premises of legal age(Fees apply) . NO Smoking, NO pets. Free parking on site and on street.
