The landlord will do all front and rear landscaping. The renter will pay for electricity, water, sewer, trash service. There is room for 2 cars in the driveway. There is room for a boat or a car inside the RV gates. There will be no parking on the lawn. There will be no auto repairing anywhere on the property. Please, no smoking in the house. No painting of any room inside the house , without landlords permission. Please keep your pets " poop" picked up, several times a week. The lease will be yearly, rent due by the 1st of every month and late if not paid by the 5th of every month. Late fee for rent past due is 25.00 dollars
