Three bedroom two bath brick house 1,209 sq ft with CH/A. W/D hook-ups and stove. Max of 2 small pets allowed. (should be under 25lbs each) Non refundable pet deposit (per pet $200) will be charged along with monthly pet fee. $25 per pet for all small pets (under 25 pounds). There is a garbage can deposit of $80 that needs to be paid upon move-in.
