Fully furnished winter rental: This delightful "Maine CAMP" cottage will be your home with an unparalleled view of sunset over the width of Highland Lake. Beautiful shady trees and afternoon breezes will be your natural companions, and the furnished cottage provides all that you need after a long day at work. The cozy bedrooms have a queen bed and a bunk bed, there is a full kitchen and open dining/living room area. The cottage is perched over the lake, and requires walking down a winding walkway from the off street parking area. The neighborhood is walkable, and only 14 miles from downtown Portland, close to Windham shopping areas and accessible to 95. Winter rental available for 3-7 months until end of May. Utilities include propane heat, internet, water, and electricity (for lights/appliances, not for heat), driveway clearing from snowstorms. Tenants are responsible for clearing the pathway to the front door after snow storms with supplied shovels and sand/salt mix. Tenants are responsible for excess electricity charges above and beyond the expected average for the preceding year (i.e., no space heaters, grow lights, etc.) We will send an application and lease to review for any serious interest.
