Tenants must promptly notify the owner of any required appliance repairs, and the owner will address these repairs in a timely manner. Landscaping Services: As part of the yearly lease agreement, the owner agrees to provide one (1) summer and one (1) fall cleanup landscaping service for the premises. Wifi: Owner provides free wifi to the residence for the duration of the lease agreement.
