This is a one bed, on bath small house. Located along the walking path of the Ohio river. That is part of 5 other other rentals that have been long term tenants. Easy access to New Albany, Jeffersonville, and Clarksville for shopping and actives. This home has washer and electric dryer hook ups, and gas heat. This location does allow small pets no bigger than a basket ball. This is a one year lease, monthly rent is $925, the security deposit $925, and or non refunded pet deposit of $300 is due at time of lease signing. If there is a pet the rent will increase by $25 a month, 1 small dog or cat is allowed as a pet. The tenant is responsible for all utilities, and must have the utilities transferred into tenants name before moving in. There is no debris build up around the house allowed. So you can not gather up items to recycle, or to scrap. There is no selling items out of your yard unless approved by management. There are no non-running vehicles allowed. Fighting or arguing with surrounding tenants. These are all grounds for eviction.
