The Bungalow has reliable fast internet available to stream anything from Netflix to having a business meeting on Zoom. Parking is available next to the house in the driveway with a Tesla Charger available upon request. A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Please note there is a ring security doorbell located at the front of the house facing the parking and entrance for your security. There are no cameras inside the property A washer and dryer are available in the basement. Other things to note: No parties are allowed. Evidence of a party will result of the immediate cancellation of your lease No smoking or illegal drug use is allowed in the interior of the property. Smoking is allowed outside of the property Failure to abide by house rules will result in additional fees being applied Monthly to 6 month leases available, Owner pays for all utilities, fully furnished, $500 pet deposit, no smoking
