This 1900 square foot house, originally built in 1940, has been completely upgraded to a luxurious villa. With amenities like an infrared sauna, open layout chef's kitchen, 4 refrigerators (including a wine and pool fridge), treadmill desk, and screened in porch - it's hard not to relax and have fun at this Highlands gem. The first floor includes an open layout well stocked chef's kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, and full bathroom. The basement is partially finished with an extra-large front load washer and dryer, 5-person infrared sauna and gym equipment with TV. Outdoor areas include a screened-in porch, Traeger grill, gas fireplace table, gas and electric heaters, and a wood fire pit that will allow you to fully enjoy the KY weather. With 3 bedrooms upstairs (including one that is easily converted to an office with a treadmill desk), there are plenty of places to sleep and get away. Each bedroom has very comfortable mattresses and custom closets, including a walk-in master closet. I have 2 queen air mattresses on hand for additional sleeping in the partially finished basement. There is a pool and hot tub outside, but they are closed for the winter. The pool has a protective cover that dogs and children cannot fall through. Owner pays all utilities. Rental dates negotiable, but latest move out date is April 20. Property is fully furnished. No smoking allowed.
