Located steps away from the highly popular magazine Street with restaurants, bars, and stores galore and situated right off the parade route for those who want to enjoy the Mardi Gras action. Serious inquiries only, this place will not last long! We are open to taking out any and all furniture that you would like, if you have your own furniture that is fine! Since these photos have been taken, there has been installation of brand new central air conditioning that will keep you cool in all seasons. Fully furnished (only item in pics that does not stay are grill and cooler on patio). We are also open to moving any furniture out that you do not want/if you want to bring your own. Also - since these pictures have been uploaded - there has been full installation of central air-conditioning - no more wall units. Owner pays internet and water.
