The Garland & 23rd duplex units have three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an attached one-car garage, and a fenced backyard near 21st and Amidon and rent for $1095 a month with a $1000 security deposit. Security deposit due at lease signing, rent due at move-in. A one-year minimum lease is required. The unit consists of a large living room and kitchen area with a vaulted ceiling, and the living room has sliding patio doors that lead out to a fenced patio area. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and dining area with a stove and dishwasher provided by the property owner. Tenants can rent a fridge for $50 monthly or bring their own. There is a hall bathroom and three bedrooms, including a main bedroom with a main bathroom. Washer and dryer hookups are available in the unit. Tenants are responsible for all utilities and trash service. The property owner provides lawn care. No smoking is allowed. This property is not section 8 approved. $45 application fee per person over 18 Pictures and video are of a similar unit. Pets are allowed with a non-refundable fee of $300 for the first two pets and $150 for each additional pet.
