Updated two bedroom two bath home in the city of Jackson. House is close to major highways and shopping centers. One full bath on the main level with spacious bedrooms located on the second level. Washer and dryer hook ups located in the basement. Small deck on the back of the home for those summer cook outs. House does not have a garage and is a shared driveway. Tenants will be responsible for all utilities this includes gas, eclectic, trash and water/sewer (must get in their name at city hall, city requires 300-dollar security deposit.) Every tenant over the age of 18 must fill out an application. There is an application fee of 75 dollars per application. One year lease first month rent and security deposit must be paid upfront.
