Please read the entire listing: Beautiful mid century ranch with spectacular views and excellent access to RT 91, 15, 691 and 9, 30 minutes to the shoreline or West Hartford, we are very central! This is a quality, well built house with hardwood and tile floors, wood burning stove, everything a cook would want for the kitchen, attached garage, laundry room, and multiple exterior patios. It is fully furnished with quality modern furniture and linens. All utilities included (oil heat, central AC, water, trash, electricity, internet). This is not an impersonal airbnb type unit, it is our home and we are looking for someone to respect and appreciate it while we are in Florida. We can be flexible regarding length of stay (3-6 months). Credit check and income verification required, net income must be at least $4000 to meet the minimum requirement. Sorry, no pets, please do not ask to make an exception. A lease will be drafted once a time period is determined. No smoking, pets or guests staying for longer than 2 weeks unless agreed upon.
