The basement has baseboard heat and a window a/c unit. Total rent include utilities is $1650 per mo.. Apartment is available on or after mid-end of December. The house has a large enclosed yard great for dogs and a driveway can fit approximately 3-4 cars + street parking. The yard and driveway is shared with the upstairs apartment. The apartment is convenient to Columbia Pike restaurants, shops, I-395, the Pentagon, DC, etc. Dogs welcomed with prior owner approval $400 pet deposit per pet and $60 per month pet rent per pet. Pets must get along with other dogs specifically the upstairs neighbor's dog. Interested parties to contact owner for an appointment for a tour. The house is currently occupied and cannot be visited without an appointment with the owner. Owner is licensed VA and MD Broker EHO month-to-month or lease expiration at the end of August 2024 In order to apply for the apartment, a non-refundable application fee per person is required in addition to the completed application per person and 1 month's security deposit. The security deposit is refundable if the applicant's credit check and/or background check is denied otherwise it is non-refundable. Occupancy of apartment is up to 2 people. 2nd person is an additional $40 per month to the rent.
