The 4th bedroom is currently an auxiliary space but could easily host another bed if you wanted guests. A lot of storage space in the half finished basement as well where you will find a washer/dryer station for your clothes. Pets are negotiable as I understand a lot of us love our fur babies. The home has a non smoking policy. Parking is free and private in the back of the home. We have had many traveling nurses who enjoy the location and how easy it was to travel to their jobs. This is also a very quiet neighborhood.
