Pet lovers will be happy to know that their furry friends are welcome (with a fee of $250 for the first pet and $100 for each additional pet). The Village Roost comfortably sleeps 6 guests across three bedrooms: a Twin room with two beds and ample closet space, a Queen bedroom with a large closet, dresser, and a cozy chair, and a secluded master bedroom with a King bed, a large dresser, nightstands, and a TV (streaming services only, no cable). The master suite also includes an ensuite bathroom with a sleek glass door shower and double vanity. A second bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination and single vanity. Additionally, a laundry room with provided detergent is available for your convenience. This home comes complete with all lawn care, utilities, internet (streaming-ready TV, no cable), and trash pick up included. The rental terms include a $750 security deposit (refundable), a $250 non-refundable pet fee (plus $100 for each additional pet), and a $315 cleaning fee.
