The house features radiant, in-floor heating and a gas fireplace to keep you and your guests cozy during winter months. On-demand hot water ensures the entire family can shower without worrying about running out of hot water. The main level includes an open concept design that is perfect for family gatherings and the two decks provide beautiful mountain views and the ability to experience the breathtaking beauty of the Steamboat Springs area. The rental includes a 2 car heated garage and a long driveway which provides parking for up to 4 additional vehicles. This home is a centrally located between the ski area and downtown and is a 1000 ft from the Steamboat Springs Transit yellow line. Owner pays for all utilities, internet and snow removal (greater than 4 inches). Minimum of a 30 day lease. Rent varies depending on the time of year and is negotiable based on the length of the lease. Minimum of 30 day rental.
