NO wallpaper, wallpaper borders or stickers are to be applied to the wall. NO Smoking. NO hanging Christmas lights or satellite dishes on the house. If the refrigerator breaks or no longer works, landlord will NOT repair or replace it. If your property still has a screen/storm door, and it breaks, landlord will not replace it.
