House is furnished and includes in home washer and dryer, dishes, kitchen appliances, sofa, TV, full bed and fish tanks which are cared for by owner. All utilities included, including wifi, electricity, water and trash. Owner retains one of the two bedrooms for storage and will stay at house approximately two weeks every 1-2 months to work on property improvements. The majority of time the rest of house is all yours. All utilities included up to a generous cap for wifi, electricty, water and trash. Duration of stay is neotiable, minimum of 1 month.
