This home is available April, May and June and is open for a longer lease beginning in August. This is a furnished rental, and I will not consider an unfurnished option for now. I am a young professional from Colorado that recently bought this house and remodeled it to live in. I have since moved to Fort Collins, but I wanted to keep the house and rent to nice people who are in Boulder for a couple of months. You will see things that I love, and places that I have lived and visited, throughout my home. This home is fully furnished with a nice collection of furniture collected throughout my travels. The main room of the home is a nice wide-open living room and kitchen with a large 10-foot long island made out of refinished bowling alley. The farmhouse sink and all new appliances are great for cooking tasty meals in the morning or evenings. The kitchen spills into an extra sunroom that is very bright and is inspired by my grandmother's one-room cabin in the mountains of Colorado. There is a great big backyard and new patio with a view of the Flatirons. The garage is spacious enough for all your bikes and gear, and served as a gym while I lived here. The bedrooms each have a nice closet and you can watch the sun rise on the Flatirons from the master bedroom! This home is right in the heart of Boulder - close to Chautauqua State Park, 50 meters from public transport, downtown Pearl Street, University of Colorado and Folsom Field. You'll love this house because of the natural light, comfy beds, view of the Flatirons, big kitchen island perfect for entertaining, and it's central location. The home is currently available from April 1 - June 30 2024 and August 2024 onwards. I will pay for all utilities, including WiFi, trash, electricity and water. The house is furnished, and I will not consider an unfurnished option. If, however, there are a couple of pieces of furniture you want to store in the garage, we can certainly do that. The renter should indicate to the owner how many months they would like to book for and a lease will be written up accordingly. If additional months are needed beyond what is initially specified, then the lease will convert to a month to month lease.
