2023/24 WINTER SKI LEASE IN KINGS BEACH SINGLE FAMILY HOME SLEEPS 5 Bedroom #1: Upstairs w/ Cal King Bed Bedroom #2: Upstairs w/ Cal King Bed Bedroom #3: Downstairs w/ Full Bed Cozy, classic Kings Beach cabin with some nicely updated features, located right in the heart of Kings Beach. Walking distance to all shops, restaurants, and the bus stop. Washer/Dryer. TV in living room and master bedroom. Fully fenced-in back yard. Dog may be considered, please inquire directly. Wood burning stove, tenant to provide their own firewood. Available starting January 1st - May 15th. $3,200/ month + refundable Security Deposit. Flexibility in dates, but hoping for 4 month minimum. Security Deposit is due upon lease signing to secure, and Full Payment is due 30 days prior to check-in date. Water/Sewer/Trash & Driveway/Roof Snow Removal are covered by the owner. Electricity & Gas costs are tenant expenses, and to be transferred to Tenant's name for lease term. Internet is to be prorated and paid in advance. We encourage renters to purchase damage protection insurance and/or renters insurance with their lease. (CSA/Generali) Credit and references will be checked. Looking for respectful, quiet, renters. No student groups, minimum age for renters. NO Smoking. Must have US credit. A dog will be considered on a case-by-case basis, with a signed Pet Addendum.
