This is a fully furnished two bedroom, one bath home. It is at the end of a private driveway and sits on a small and picturesque pond. The house is about 5 minutes east of downtown Gainesville. There is a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining table that seats 8. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and built in closets. It has french doors that lead onto a huge deck overlooking the pond. The smaller bedroom has two twin beds and a built in desk. The bathroom is very large with a steam room/shower with two shower heads. There is a laundry/mud room with a washer and dryer. The living room has an Amazon fire stick on the TV and a stereo with wired speakers in throughout the house. The very large deck is accessible from the Master, the kitchen and the living room. The deck is attached to a dock with a separate seating area over the water. We are looking for short term renters. We would like to start with a 3 month lease. We live next door, but not very close, so we would be willing to renew, if the tenant is a quiet and respectful neighbor who has high standards of cleanliness.
