Dining room: dining table and large console table. Basement: desk + couch + tv. Kitchen: microwave and basic cooking supplies. The stairway into the basement is steep and has a low clearance (~5 ft). The basement ceiling height varies from 6-6.5 ft high. Kitchen has great light with two windows. Main living room and dining room also benefit from tons of light through the oversized windows. House has smart locks on all exterior doors, including the garage plus exterior cameras on the porch and alley. Garage is insulated but not heated. Smart Rachio Sprinkler system also installed. 5 min wall to all the bars and restaurants on Tennyson and 12 min walk to highland square shops and restaurants. Renter responsible for all utilities. No smoking in the house. Utilities typically run $80-140 for gas and electric plus $30-50 per month for water.
