This is a 7,042 sf mansion offering the DOWNSTAIRS PRIVATE SUITE for rent, It is not for the whole house. No drugs. No drama. Little luxury. Lots of tranquility. We sit on 1.8 acres and the unit advertised here faces one side to the creek that runs the length of the property and the other wall is adjacent to the 40x40 pool deck. 3 to 12-month rental options. 1 cat or 1 small dog is possible (may require additional rent or deposit depending...) No young children please due to 2 folks that work from home a day or 2 /week. This is a 7-bedroom home, but in addition to me, in total (including this advertised suite) it is 4 people because we value privacy and peace :) We don't see/hear each other because the home was built by a mason contractor so the concrete block everywhere is fantastic soundproofing! However, each of us is friendly and funny! There is plenty of parking as you can see and commercial-sized laundry is in the main house. I put some pics on the bottom row of the potential shared areas. However; most of the folks that rent this suite tend to stay more to themselves. I had a " happy hermit" here and he loved it! The home is 15 mins from downtown St Augustine and 20 minutes to Mickler's Beach or Vilano Beach, 3 miles from Publix at the Shoppes of Palencia. A nail salon, gym, bank, restaurants, and a UPS are all right here! I will have a stand-alone studio coming available later in February as well as avail TBD date The guest is responsible for 75$/mo for utilities, a separate router SOLELY for their suite, and the highest speed internet, parking, and trash removal (the tenant is responsible for taking from their suite to the outside receptacle weekly, but the landlord takes and retrieves from the road) are included, in that fee. 1 small dog up to 15 lbs is possible, but a larger deposit or $25/mo rent increase potentially depends on the pet/term. Parking available. NO SMOKING IN OR ON THE PROPERTY. Min stay 3 months. Max 1 year.
