Guest booking confirmation is an agreement to Lessor terms Some of the agreement will consist: Monthly rental rate include; utilities, tax, trash and sewer. Front driveway parking limited to 2 cars. Off-street parking limited to 1 car. No RV or large vehicle. Absolutely NO pet(s) and NO Smoking Do not tamper with security system; outdoor camera, alarm or other utilities (electric, gas, internet, etc). Guest agrees to electronically sign a detailed Reservation Agreement and provide IDs prior to check in. Quiet time from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am. Lessor reserves the right to deny reservation*. *Include but not limited: All properties receive regular maintenance. Any issue must be reported and Guest must allow the Lessor to address them.
