Property has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, family room, living room and laundry room. Property has covered parking. (carport) Property allows up to 3 pets. Property has 3/4 hardwood floors. Property has all appliances except a dishwasher, has a Washer/Dryer. Has a linen closet, bedroom closets and a coat closet in the living room. Storage area off carport locked and not for renter use. Home is approx 52 years old. Property has outside storage structure (Grey barn)and a small covered storage area, (a red barn), without a door (great for bicycles, wagons, mowers etc.) **I have had such an overwhelming response to my rental property that I am going to start off having 2 Open Houses- The first "Open House" will be on 11/25 from 12:30 pm too 2:30 PM, my husband and I will be there to answer any questions. Tenant understands that the outside storage area on the carport is locked and unusable. Tenant understands the rent is to be paid the 1st and considered late after the 7th. A $25 late fee will be accessed unless otherwise agreed. There will be a $25 fee for returned checks. The Landlord may charge a fee for unnecessary damage to walls and floors not from normal wear and tear. Tenant must get approval to make any changes to the home, including painting inside or out.Tenant realizes it is their responsible to insurance their belonging. Landlord insures the structure. There will be no changing locks unless an emergency arises. Tenant will be evicted if 2 months late with payments. If property is left in good condition the Tenant shall get 1/2 of their deposit returned. No illegal activities are permitted on the property. Grounds for immediate eviction with 0 return of deposit. This lease will be for 1 year to be renewed at the Landlord's discretion. Both Tenant and Landlord are required to give a 45 day notice to vacate property. Landlord will do a credit check and a security check.
