The downstairs main bath has a soaker tub, and the upstairs bath has a jacuzzi tub. All bedrooms are equipped with luxury linens and high-end mattresses. The house is stocked with all the amenities and comforts of home - extra blankets, pillows, silverware, cooking utensils, coffee, etc. We offer fast WIFI access throughout the home. The living room and each bedroom are equipped with smart TV's that you can login to your favorite streaming service on. Our home is walking distance to local restaurants and shops in The Heights, and a short drive to the Hillcrest, Soma (South Main) District, The River market Downtown, East Village, golf courses, lakes, and other must-see destinations. Other things to note: This is a historic home with a staircase and several steps throughout the home that may be tricky for certain guests. The house is in a neighborhood off of a main road, there may be traffic, dogs, children, and people going for walks, so you may hear noise. Guest entrance is at the back, so you will need to utilize the alleyway to get to the back parking area. The alley way road is bumpy, must drive slow and with care. Parking for up to 4 vehicles depending on vehicle size. It is important to us as hosts to be good neighbors and stewards of our community. We also want our home to stay in fantastic shape. For this reason, we do not allow events or parties on the property. Please ensure the number tenants on the lease is correct to avoid any confusion.
