Bright spacious bedrooms are located on the other side of the home. the home is on a quiet cul de sac. All applicants must go through the Zillow application process and fees. Applicants must meet the following criteria: No prior evictions, Your income must be 3 times the rent or higher, Credit score must be 600 or higher, Must be at your current job for at least 2 yrs. All tenants over the age of 18 must complete their own separate application and pay the screening fee. Pets are subject to approval, and will require an increased deposit.
