Peaceful house with great neighbors. Fenced front yard and back. Very productive fruit trees in backyard: nectarine, plum, lemon, orange, apple, mandarin, pomegranate, peach. Looking for someone who would appreciate the trees and take good care of the beautiful yard. There is a large raised bed with water supply just built - just needs soil and seedlings! There are 2 large olive trees in the front yard that drop lots of olives and leaves, which requires regular blowing. Refrigerator, stove, washer, and dryer provided. There is a long driveway that leads to a converted garage - now a storage shed. Some dogs may be acceptable. I included current photos, however all furniture will be removed. Tenant is responsible for utilities, including electricity, internet/cable, and water/trash. Landlord pays for ADT alarm system and contract with Official Pest Control. Must have a 700+ credit score. Looking for someone who will take good care of the yard and the fruit trees - and has a strong rental history with no evictions or 3-day notices. No smoking inside or outside.
