This two story house in Twain Harte has a large unique loft style bedroom. The clawfoot bathtub adds to the charm of this little house in the woods. Keep warm in the winter with a gas wall heater or cozy up in front of the wood stove. Stove, microwave and refrigerator included. You can enjoy the great outdoors on the wrap around porch where you might even catch a glimpse of a squirrel or too in the surrounding trees! To qualify for this home, you must have established credit, a steady source of verifiable income, and at least two years good rental history (living with or renting from relatives does not count) or home ownership. One small pet negotiable on a case by case basis. A one year minimum occupancy is required. Smoking is not allowed in any of our units.
