Renter is responsible for electricity, gas, wifi and water. Snow clearing on driveway will be shared responsibility. Last month's rent is due at signing. No smoking. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis. Pet deposit of $250 required. Shared garage parking for one car with storage.
