Laundry room shared with owners. We are a young, laid back family of 3 (12 yr old son) with a baby due in December. We're looking to rent our downstairs apartment to a couple, a single renter, or two friends. Seeking renter(s) who are quiet and considerate, who live a low-key lifestyle, and like to keep to themselves. 2 people max. Sorry, no pets - we already have two dogs and two kitties who wander around the yard. They're super friendly and sweet; feel free to hang out with them. Price does not include utilities.
