Note: open for tour at Nov.18th 1pm - 4pm, Nov.19th 1pm to 4pm listed for a few days when tenant notified us, we are now open for touring in this weekend. This is a lovely house, with re-modeled kitchen, bathroom, yard, 2 car Garage, It has Living room & Family room with Fire place, Hardwood floors, Carpet in the rooms, Close to mall and shopping center. It is 5minutes walking distance to Ardenwood elementary school (the top elementary school in Fremont), the neighborhood is clean, beautiful and safe, we have lived here for 8 years, not a single break-in or other incident, friendly neighbors, this is a good place for living and raise children. 5 minutes bike distance to Alameda creek trail, from the trail, we can reach Coyote hill park or Quarry lakes park easily by bicycle. Super easy to get onto hw 880 or hw 84 (dumbarton bridge), it is only 15 minutes driving to Facebook headquarter, or 3 minutes driving to Facebook Ardenwood campus. Driving to Mountain view and Palo Alto is about half an hour. Driving to BART station is about 10 minutes. This house has lot of sunshine, It has a big backyard, great for gardening or just enjoy the California weather. We are taking good care of the home, and enjoy talking to our neighbors, I hope you are someone that would like to move into family friendly neighborhood. No drug, no heavy smoking, no heavy drinking please. You will responsible for paying all utility cost by yourself (electricity, water, waste). It is tenant's responsibility to keep the rental premises clean and sanitary and to pay for any damage caused by his or her abuse or neglect. It is requirement that the tenant alert owner to defective or dangerous conditions in the rental property, with specific details on your procedures for handling complaint and repair requests. It is restricted on tenant to repairs and alterations, such as installing a burglar alarm system, or painting walls without owners permission.
