Welcome Home Our Javelina Villa is ready for you to enjoy (by the month, season or year). Brand new, beautiful build, just completed November 2023. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath with Den (includes Queen sleeper) has been well appointed with sparkling new furnishings and appliances. Everything you might need and more for a wonderful home away from home stay/vacation. Whether you enjoy Activities such as Golf, Pickleball, Tennis, Fitness classes/gym, Crafting or just Floating & Swimming in the resort style pools, Robson Ranch has something for everyone. There are entertaining events such as concerts, comedy shows, Karaoke etc. The Robson Ranch Grill is onsite and offers delicious options. We love sharing our home with others. Dec, Jan, Feb & March $3000/mo, April, May, Sept, Oct & Nov $2400/mo , June, July & Aug $1800. Owner pays for internet, water, sewer & garbage. Owner pays up to $100 toward electricity, Tenant responsible for anything over $100. For summer rentals (June, July & August) Owner will pay first $200 of electric bill. Security deposit ($1000) and cleaning fee ($200) will be due upon signing rental agreement. Monthly rent will be collected on first of each month starting with move in date. Dogs up to 35 pounds will be considered upon owners approval. Additional pet deposit will be required in the event of approval.
