Carmel Valley Top of the Hill is five minutes to fine dining and wine tasting in Carmel Valley Village and 20 minutes to Carmel by the Sea destinations including beaches, shopping and restaurants and numerous golf courses in Pebble Beach. Garland Ranch and numerous other hiking trails are just minutes away. Enjoy the views from the hot tub which overlooks nearby hills, play bocce ball on the court, make smores over the large outdoor fire pit, while enjoying the views of the Santa Lucia hills from every direction. The top of the Hill has 4 guest rooms with one California King bed, three Queen beds. Two bedrooms have TVs. There are three bathrooms in the house, including the master en suite bathroom with large shower and separate tub. The large, custom master bathroom has french doors that open up to the courtyard and back yard. The Top of the Hill home has a fully-equipped kitchen located next to a dining room which is surrounded by windows overlooking the valley. The dining room can comfortably seat up to 12 people. The large family room has a TV, DVR, books and games with a game table that seats 8. There's a laundry room with washer and dryer. Multiple flagstone patios wrap around the Top of the Hill. Relax in the outdoor day bed or sit at one of the three outdoor tables.
