The home features a large driveway, 2-car garage, private fenced-in backyard with a heated pool, screened-in patio with lots of seating, and a propane BBQ grill. Guests have access to the entire house offering 3 bedrooms with TVs in each room, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with a pull-out sofa and smart TV, dining room with a dining table, breakfast bar, kitchen island, fully-equipped kitchen, and a washer & dryer in the garage. Complimentary Pack'n'Play is available. The pool is heated in the winter months. **Lease duration 1-3 months** Monthly cost covers all utilities, services, and furniture. A one- time cleaning fee of $760 will be applied. $1000.00 refundable damage deposit required.
