We are looking to rent our home FULLY Furnished for $2,000/mo with utilities included (power, water, sewer, WIFI, Disney +, Peacock, and ESPN+) and (pool maintenance would be taken care of by tenant or tenant can continue to pay our pool guy $50/week). Pets would be negotiable based on the situation. We are negotiable to as short as a 3 month lease to as long as a year lease. Our 3 bedroom 2 bath home is designed with an upscale look and all the comforts to make a house a home. We are located just a few minutes from I-10, near many shops, restaurants, 10 minutes from Pensacola Airport, and 25 minutes to Pensacola Beach. Great location to enjoy a quiet, cozy neighborhood, but still be a short drive from the amazing downtown Pensacola events, the breathtaking views on Pensacola Beach, and 30 minutes from the Blue Angels air show home field. Not to mention all the fun water activities you can get into down the beachside. We also love to visit New Orleans which is just about a 3 hour drive and a fun weekend getaway awaits. Our home has a master bedroom with a large walk-in closet and on suite full bathroom, two other bedrooms off the main hallway: one bedroom setup like a kids room with two sets of bunk beds and the other bedroom: with a queen size bed. All bedrooms have mounted TVs. We have a beautiful eat-in kitchen with plenty of space and a breakfast bar for additional seating. Our kitchen has solid wood cabinets and new quartz countertops. Our laundry/mud room is off the kitchen with a brand new washer and dryer. Our large backyard is fully fenced in and hardscaped with pea stone to enjoy the above ground pool, cornhole, or other outdoor activities, without the constant need for yard maintenance.
