No pets allowed. Can rent between 2-28 night maximum. Utilities are included. It comes fully furnished with bedding but no linens. A rental contract will be provided and a damage protection policy must be purchased for $75. Cleaning fee is $500 at move out. Currently February and March are available for full months and most of April. Can also be rented by the week.
