Brand new house + appliances ready to rent, never lived in, open floor concept, unfurnished, with two car garage, large backyard, property has a septic tank, no HOA Less than 20 minutes from state road 27 Less than an hour from Fort Myers Less than an hour and a half from Naples Less than two hours from Miami Less than two and a half hours from Tampa Three hours from Orlando Tenant will be responsible for paying the light bill, water bill, and will pay for their own internet. Tenant is not allowed to smoke inside the house (cigarettes, vape, or other). Lease duration will be determined if interested. Tenant is not allowed to drill any holes on the property without owner's discretion. Tenant has to call for any damages in the property and owner will attempt to resolve as soon as possible. Monthly rent payment is due the first of the month, and no later than the 5th. Tenant required to submit bank statement, credit score, proof of employment. Owner will provide A/C filters for tenant to change out monthly to maintain HVAC operation. Owner reserves the right to deduct from security deposit after property is vacant for any damages or necessary cleanup. Owner will be responsible for septic tank maintenance. Owner reserves the right to increase rent only after lease period is up for renewal. More details in contract to be sent.
