Welcome to this luxurious rental. You'll be greeted with an airy and spacious living space, filled with natural sunlight. The abundance of natural light creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay. The rental has a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. The rental provides ample space for your belongings and keeping the rooms clutter-free. These rental comes with a private entrance. The unit is fully furnished. CITY NOISE ORDINANCE 10 PM - 7 AM No parties/ events. Only small gatherings of 2 people. NO SMOKING/ vaping inside (if cigar/cigarette buds or evidence of smoking (ash, empty cigarette pack, etc), $500 cleaning fee will be added + forfeit of entire deposit. Please alert host if anything is damaged or out of order so we can arrange for it to be replaced and/ or fixed No overnight guest without approval. We reserve the right terminate stay early or charge a double fee per extra person for entirety of reservation Max occupancy: 3 AC/HEATER unit is controlled and may NOT be altered All guest are expected to clean. Housekeeping will ONLY be provided before check in and after check out. Kitchen must be cleaned after every use. Dishes must be washed after every use. Counters must be wiped after every use. Stove is to be wiped down after every use. The home MUST look the way it does in photos. Cleanliness must be done daily for the benefit of your comfortable stay. No appliances and/or furniture is to be moved during the entirety of stay. Backyard is an amenity although there is NO trespassing past the entrance of the rental. Everything before the rental entrance is allowed. Failure to abide by rules and cleanliness expectations will forfeit deposit. Check out instructions: Please remove all pieces of bedding and place them in the corner of your room. Remove any items that are located in the refrigerator that may be your's Lock room door upon checking out. please DO NOT leave open.
