We believe this home is a perfect monthly rental suited for avid golf players, event-goers (i.e., BNP Paribas Open), and festive staff and executives. San Jacinto view) where the renters can enjoy a tranquil moment to watch the sunset and relax. Smart-home system: The renter can easily control various house functions via a user-friendly smart-home system (i.e. a brand new Pentair pool & spa system), through either a home tablet PC or touch-screen panels: Parking and others: The garage offers parking for two cars and the driveway has two additional parking spaces. The house welcomes the paw family members as well. Utilities & Billing: This home is an all-inclusive home. Monthly rent includes about $1,500 value of all bills and maintenance costs: pool and garden maintenance, all utilities- electricity, high-speed WiFi, water, gas, streaming service subscriptions, etc. are included in the rent (gas bill capped at $500/month).
