The primary bedroom offers a king size bed and a wall mounted flat screen television along with great views of the golf course and tons of closet space. The primary bathroom is an updated masterpiece with dual individual wash basins and gorgeous tiled shower stall with all glass enclosure. The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen television, and a sliding glass door that leads to the private pool area. The second guest bedroom offers two twin size beds and a flat screen television. The completely remodeled second bathroom is shared between them. The garage has been converted to a fun media room with a projection screen and stand up arcade games for hours of family fun. This is the ultimate vacation home and it won't last long! **Reservations for this home must be a minimum of 30 nights/31 days. ** There would be an added $500 departure cleaning fee, $175 reservation fee, and $79 damage insurance (for reservations 60 nights or less). A utility cap of $500 per month for gas and electric combined, so if those two utilities combined go over $500 per month the renter would be responsible for the overage. Pets will be considered on an individual basis and will need owner approval. If a pet is approved, there is a pet fee of $150 per pet. Rentals can be from 1 month to 6 months, please inquire with interested dates. There would be a rental agreement in place with more specific terms that include no parties, no smoking inside the property, no moving of furniture, etc. A copy of the agreement can be provided before booking. Rent must be paid in full 60 days prior to occupancy or at the time of booking if arrival is within 60 days.
