It has a wood burning stove for heat. The kitchen has an electric stove and an apartment size refrigerator. The bathroom includes a toilet, sink, and shower. Ideal location in town. Walk to coffee shops, grocery shopping. Also close to restaurants, movie theatre, bowling alley, museums, park, and many recreation venues. Located on a large property with 2 other casitas and a main house. Each casita is nestled in among large trees and shrubs so there is plenty of privacy, and there is a designated parking space for each casita. Owner may consider a small pet, determined on case by case basis. $1200/month includes all utilities. 6 month - 12 month lease. Available November 3, 2023. Satisfactory credit report and background check required. $100.00 nonrefundable application fee. Minimum amount to move in is first month's rent and security deposit equal to 1 month.
